Mother Earth Brew Hazy Ale

United States - Idaho - Having leaned heavily into the sweet fruit and coconut flavors of our last Project X release, our brewers decided to swing the pendulum to more traditional IPA flavors with Metamorphosis.

United States - Idaho - Cosmic Dissonance features fruit forward hops: Superdelic, Galaxy, Simcoe, and Sabro. Giving notes of strong peach, passionfruit, tropical fruit, and berries. This is a mind-melting, full-bodied HIPA that will blow you away from the moment you try it.

Idaho- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 6.8% ABV. This smooth Hazy IPA features Galaxy, Citra and Sabro hops with a cloud-like haze that is derived from a generous bill of wheat and oats. The flavor and aroma scream tropical oasis- passion fruit, pineapple, lychee and coconut.

United States - Idaho - Sabro, Galaxy, and Nelson Savion shine in this Hazy IPA. Aroma and flavor profiles of coconut, peach, passionfruit, mango and a touch of dankness, combined with a soft wheat-driven mouthfeel create an exceptionally smooth finish.

United States - Idaho - This release in our rotating Hazy IPA series features Nelson, Citra, Elani, and Vic Secret hops. Giving notes of sweet citrus, passionfruit and pine complimented by subtle herbal aromas. This beer present beautiful aromatics and a cloudy appearance.

United States - California - Project X New Horizon features El Dorado, Idaho 7, Mosaic & Strata hops. This hop combination produces an IPA with a dank but fruit-forward hop aroma and flavor with sustained citrus, tropical and floral notes.

United States - Idaho - This release features a superstar line up of hops showcasing Simcoe, Vic Secret and experimental HBC 586, which is know for it's medley of fruit aromas, such as mango, guava and lynchet. The malt bill consists of oats and wheat for a big mid-palate body.

United States - Idaho - Who's Whoo features Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 in the hop bill, focusing on a fruit-forward flavor and aroma. Flavors of blueberry, tangerine, mango and guava dominate the beer. This release has a wonderfully soft palate with a tropical aroma and medium body.

United States - California - Head Case - 1st series to feature our new crop year of Citra and Galaxy hops, both showing real string stone fruit, citrus, and ripe berry notes. Utilizing a “cool-pooling” technique to extract and preserve more non-volatile hop flavor compounds

United States - Idaho - Fantasia is everything hop heads have come to love about the style. It begins with a robust malt bill, followed by a liberal addition of four different rock-star hops: Belma, Vic Secret, Galaxy & Mosaic. Expect tropical vibes and stone fruit.

United States - California - Idol Worship has a Southern Hemisphere focus, featuring all New Zealand and Australian Hops. Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy and Vic Secret set the tone with ample tropical fruit aroma and flavor including passion fruit, mango, Lychee, kiwi and pineapple.

Idaho- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 6.7% ABV. Mosaic, El Dorado and Belma hops take center stage in this limited release Hazy IPA. Supported by a cracker like malt character derived from German Pale Wheat Malt, this hop-focused brew is rich with notes of mixed berries and pineapple.

California- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 7.5% ABV. This Hazy IPA presents itself with a glowing golden hue. It's soft, wheaty mouthfeel is complimented by distinct hop characteristics. Featuring El Dorado, Citra, and Triumph.

California- Hazy/New England-Style IPA. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with much less bitterness than American IPAs, as well as a much hazier appearance.

California- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 7.2% ABV. The pairing of Strata and Talus hops in this robust IPA yield intense aromas of passionfruit, balanced by the more classical citrus and pine flavors you would expect from a West Coast style IPA.

North Carolina- Hazy/New England Style IPA- 7.2% ABV. Low in bitterness, big in aroma, and cloudy in appearance, Alpenglow Hazy IPA is brewed with huge quantities of Lemondrop, Sultana, and Citra hops for colossal peaks of lush peach and pineapple flavors.
