North Carolina- American IPA. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas as well as hop bitterness supported by a malt backbone. Use of different hops offer different flavors and aromas.

United States - Idaho - Ascent is a West Coast style IPA that puts hops first. Featuring a rock star lineup of Nelson, Strata, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops. Notes of tropical fruit, stone fruit, dank and berries are found through out this beer.

United States - Idaho - Pale, bright and crisp; this IPA pulls out all the stops. Brewed using new-school techniques and advanced hop products. Brewed with our friends Breakside Brewery in Portland, OR, this beer highlights clean and refined flavor from this complex Modern IPA.

United States - Idaho - Sabro, Galaxy, and Nelson Savion shine in this Hazy IPA. Aroma and flavor profiles of coconut, peach, passionfruit, mango and a touch of dankness, combined with a soft wheat-driven mouthfeel create an exceptionally smooth finish.

North Carolina - American IPA - 6.5% ABV. Reef Keeper IPA is full of flavors, from tropical hops like Mosaic, Amarillo, and Cryopop, to a robust malt backbone from white wheat and malted oats. Crack open a can and immerse yourself in the brilliance that sits just below the surface.

North Carolina- Hazy/New England Style IPA- 7.2% ABV. Low in bitterness, big in aroma, and cloudy in appearance, Alpenglow Hazy IPA is brewed with huge quantities of Lemondrop, Sultana, and Citra hops for colossal peaks of lush peach and pineapple flavors.

United States - Idaho - This release in our rotating Hazy IPA series features Nelson, Citra, Elani, and Vic Secret hops. Giving notes of sweet citrus, passionfruit and pine complimented by subtle herbal aromas. This beer present beautiful aromatics and a cloudy appearance.

United States - California - Project X New Horizon features El Dorado, Idaho 7, Mosaic & Strata hops. This hop combination produces an IPA with a dank but fruit-forward hop aroma and flavor with sustained citrus, tropical and floral notes.

California- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 7.0% ABV. Copioua amounts of wheat and oats team up to provide a solid body that is exemplary of the style without the use of lactose. A neutral an assault of strawberries, passionfruit, and grapefruit to dominate the aroma.

United States - Idaho - This release features a superstar line up of hops showcasing Simcoe, Vic Secret and experimental HBC 586, which is know for it's medley of fruit aromas, such as mango, guava and lynchet. The malt bill consists of oats and wheat for a big mid-palate body.

United States - Idaho - Who's Whoo features Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 in the hop bill, focusing on a fruit-forward flavor and aroma. Flavors of blueberry, tangerine, mango and guava dominate the beer. This release has a wonderfully soft palate with a tropical aroma and medium body.
