Texas - Saison/ Farmhouse Ale - 6.0% ABV. We blended our Luftweiss (Hefeweizen) with our Himmelweiss (Saison) and added loquats that we picked from a tree across the street...literally across the street.

Texas- Farmhouse Ale- 5.4% ABV. In order to create Saison de Pasteque, fresh cut Texas waterlemons and barrel-fermented them with farmhouse sour hefeweizen, Blondine. The beer was pressed off the melon twice to extract the fresh, juicy flavors of the melon.

Texas - Berliner Weissbier- 3.2% ABV This super light bodied sour wheat ale with a distince pickle vinegar both in the nose and the finish. The vibrant carbonation gives a lighter mouthfeel and the interplay of the pickle juice, tart lactic sourness and light wheat make each sip unique.
