Wisconsin- Oktoberfest- A very drinkable Marzen to enjoy the fall weather. The taste has a really nice malt profile and notes of toasted bread and crackers, biscuits, toffee, caramel and touches of amber malts. The finish has a clean and crispy bready flavor with a touch of caramel.

Wisconsin- American All-Malt Lager- 4.25% ABV. Pure and crisp, this beer has nothing to hide. Wisconsin two-row barley malt ensures a mellow and smooth body. We imported Noble Hop varieties from Germany and the Czech Republic to ensure a fine mature aroma with no coarse bitterness.

Wisconsin- Bock- ~7% ABV. Pours a mahogany hue. Hearty, complex and smooth malts with deep chocolate and coffee undertones or aroma and flavor. As the beer warms, sweetness will shine through.

United States - Wisconsin - Brewmaster Dan's Holy Grail is the perfect pilsner. His ideal being an old school blur of German and Czech styles. Heirloom pilsner malted barley and a double decoction mash begins the maddeningly complex journey.

United States - Wisconsin - Special heirloom barley malts that originated in Wisconsin, Indiana, Germany and Czech Republic. Hops are a respectably assertive 55 IBU blend of Diamant, Hersbrucker and Spalt. Our favorite double decoction brew was followed by a long Cellar rest.
