United States - Wisconsin - Brewmaster Dan’s Holy Grail is the perfect pilsner. His ideal being an old school blur of German and Czech styles. Heirloom pilsner malted barley and a double decoction mash begin the maddeningly complex journey.

United States - Wisconsin - Special heirloom barley malts that originated in Wisconsin, Indiana, Germany and Czech Republic. Hops are a respectably assertive 55 IBU blend of Diamant, Hersbrucker and Spalt. Our favorite double decoction brew was followed by a long Cellar rest.
