Wisconsin- American All-Malt Lager- 4.25% ABV. Pure and crisp, this beer has nothing to hide. Wisconsin two-row barley malt ensures a mellow and smooth body. We imported Noble Hop varieties from Germany and the Czech Republic to ensure a fine mature aroma with no coarse bitterness.

United States - Wisconsin - Hearty, full-bodied this is a “Big” bier. Brewed in the Reinheitsgebot tradition, our bock comes by its mahogany hue naturally. You can expect this bier to be complex, smooth with deep chocolate and coffee notes, complementing the rich bouquet.

United States - Wisconsin - Special heirloom barley malts that originated in Wisconsin, Indiana, Germany and Czech Republic. Hops are a respectably assertive 55 IBU blend of Diamant, Hersbrucker and Spalt. Our favorite double decoction brew was followed by a long Cellar rest.
