Nine Pin Cider

United States - New York - Our Imperial cider is crafted with a blend of high-sugar content apples: Gold Rush, Golden Delicious, Franklin, Harrison, and Golden Russet. These unique apple varieties naturally create a higher alcohol content, perfect for a bold Imperial cider.

New York- Other Fruit Cider. While hard ciders are primarily made with apples, other fruits are occasionally added to hard apple ciders in order to provide additional flavors, colors, and aromas. Please see package for more information.

United States - New York - Nine Pin’s Honey Hibiscus cider is crafted with 100% New York apples from Samascott Orchards. This cider is infused with hibiscus starfruit green tea from Short and Stout Tea and sweetened with a touch of New York honey.

New York- Cider- 6.7% ABV, Our signature blend is sourced entirely from orchards in the Capital District and Hudson Valley. It is fermented with a white wine yeast to enhance its crisp and refreshing character.

New York- Other Fruit Cider- 6.3% ABV. This cider, crafted from a blend of NY apples, is cold-infused with a custom peach tea blend from local teashop Short and Stout. It is bright and a refreshingly tart peach cider.
