Florida- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 6.6% ABV. Collab with Nogne O. Floor malted pilsner, toasted barley, and malted rye smoked in house over saison soaked peach and alder wood. Aged hops and Calypso hops late in the boil marries old and new world. Norwegian juniper berries and kveik yeast.
