United States - Illinois - Made with Simcoe and Mosaic hops, this India Pale Ale is like a ray of golden sunshine. This is neither a haze bomb nor a west coast hop bomb but settles nicely in the middle with a hop and malt presence.

Illinois- American Double/Imperial IPA- 7.5% ABV. This NE IPA is loaded with Simcoe and Citra hops which give this brew a strong citrus flavor and a pleasantly fruity yet herbal aroma.

Illinois - Hefeweizen - 5.2% ABV. Hefeweizen. Unfiltered & refreshing German-style wheat beer. Cloudy, golden hue with yeast providing aromas of banana, citrus & clove. Wheat malt lend grainy, bready flavor.

Illinois - Gose - 4.0% ABV. An intense sour snack is followed up with a salty and zesty finish, which comes from additions of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and Coriander. Pear & Strawberry flavors helps balance the beer. The salt in this beer lends to the very dry finish.

United States - Illinois - Daaa Gummy is a hazy IPA with a blend of Cashmere, Strata, Chinook, and Mosaic Hops. Expect flavors of peach and tangerine rind along with pine and resin notes, with the Mosaic hops weaving in elements of juicy citrus and ripe berries.

Illinois- Berliner Weissbier- 5.0% ABV. Who doesn't love pickles? Not us! This sour beer has been lightly hopped with Simcoe hops, adding a slight citrus note to this sour beer. And did we mention pickles, Because there are more pickles in this beer than you can imagine.

Illinois - Hazy/New England-Style IPA - 7.1% ABV. This Northeastern IPA is a big ol' hazy juice bomb packed with Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe hops; giving off flavors of bright citrus, passion fruit, berry and pine.

United States - Illinois - This one is for you spice lovers out there! But we did not want to lose the sweet mango and IPA flavor, so while we did bump up the heat up we still made sure this was a really drinkable variation!

United States - Illinois - Acidic and bready aroma is up front on the nose, with a clean lactic sour bite on the tongue. The Passion Fruit added lends tropical, sweet and tart throughout. Very light and refreshing.
