Texas- American Brown Ale- 6.2% ABV. This award wining brown ale is made with roasted Texas Pecans-We roast the pecans in house and add them directly to the mash. The result is a light bodied beer that is amber in color with the right balance of malty sweetness and pecan flavor.
Texas- Kolsch- German Kolsch style ale. Golden in color, light in body, and full in flavor. Pours a crystal clear light yellow golden color with white head. Cereal grains, grass, hay, and some light citrus notes on the nose; follows onto the palate. Light bodied. Finishes pretty crisp
