Massachusetts- Oatmeal Stout- 6.7% ABV. Pours a very dark brown with a tan head. Aromas of chocolate, coffee, hazelnut, and sweet roasted malts. Tastes hoppy and rich with hints of espresso. Nice balance between the malt, caramel, and oat flavors.

Washington- American Double/Imperial Stout. Rusty Nail begins life as The First Nail, an oatmeal stout of epic proportions with brewer's licorice, smoked barley & pale malt & is then aged on cinnamon bark. She becomes Rusty Nail after spending 15 months in 12-yr old bourbon barrels.

Indiana- Oatmeal Stout- 8.5% ABV. We took our base oatmeal stout and added cinnamon, cocoa nibs, Tahitian vanilla, Ancho chilies, and Guajillo & De Arbol peppers to give it a hot chocolate taste with a slight heat kick. Perfectly balanced for the cold of winter!

Texas- Oatmeal Stout- 8.1% ABV. We aged this smooth-sippin' oatmeal stout for 12 months in Ghost Hill Texas Bourbon barrels from our neighbors Treaty Oak. Rich dark and roasty malt notes give way to tobacco and toffee flavors and a beautiful oak finish.
