Scotland - 61.6% - Octomore 16.3, the 3rd expression is an ultra-high provenance single malt, exploring the influence of barley grown exclusively in a single field on Octomore Farm, Islay Scotland.

Scotland - 59.100% - Octomore 15.1 is distinctive with its sleek, elegant style and extraordinary strength of character. It is a ‘no frills’ single malt Scotch whisky – open and exceptionally clean. Earthy peat smoke is beautifully balanced with sweet, charred oak.

Scotland - 61.300% - Octomore 15.3 brings together heavy-weight peat levels w/ variable harvests from one singular farm on Islay. The malting barley grown at Octomore Farm brings cereal forward sweetness and burnt sugar, while the casks provide notes of creamy vanilla and citrus fruits

Scotland - 57.900% - The initial maturation in American oak, before finishing in French oak ex-Cognac casks, adds a wealth of complexity to Octomore 15.2. The softness of the oak is unmissable on the palate, working with the spirit’s mineral quality and dry peat smoke beautifully.

Scotland - 58.1% - The 2 expression offers a direct comparison to the 1, using the same malted barley with a different maturation profile, predominantly European Wine and/or Cognac casks.

Scotland - Islay & Islands - 59.3% - The 1 expression is the backbone of each series, offering a compelling starting point with which to compare and contrast the 2 and 3 expressions. Matured in American Whiskey or Bourbon Barrels.

Scotland - Islay & Islands - 57.7% - Leather, prunes, red currents and malted barley, followed by toasted oak and hints of cinnamon, green apple and black pepper. The peat smoke is dry and brooding, with a hint of burnt heather and subtle pipe tobacco from the oak.

Scotland - Islay & Islands - 59.6% - Smoked vanilla, sweet caramel and toffee notes open on the nose, smoke balanced with delicate coconut and almonds. There is an unmistakable smokiness and a hint of citrus, with lemon meringue pie cutting through rich, barbeque pork.

Scotland - Islay & Islands - 61.4% - Transporting you to the Bruichladdich Distillery, the aromas of sweet mash are unmistakable. This soft malt is followed by peat smoke and an assortment of sweet, stoned fruits, with ripe apricots, peach and honey drizzled pears.
