Off Color Ale

Illinois- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 6.50% ABV. Pours a nice hazy yellow color. Aromas of orange, lemon, and a hint of yeast. Bittersweet flavors lead to a finish of fruit, yeast and other spices.

Connecticut - Saison/Farmhouse Ale - 6.5% ABV. Wet Hopped Saison. Brewed in the traditional Belgian French manner. Using fresh picked hops straight from the vine. Hoppy and crisp.

United States - Illinois - A rich malt, light caramel, and biscuit profile is accentuated by a slight alcoholic presence, while distinct honey notes compliment the dry finish. Pale copper on color with only enough hops to balance the huge malt profile.

Illinois- Berliner Weissbier. This style of beer generally offers a refreshingly tart flavor in a low abv beer with a balance between yeast character and lactic acid. These can be brewed with fruit. Please see package for more information.

Illinois- Altbier- Scurry is a surprisingly dry beer brewed with honey, molasses & oats. The aroma boasts notes of sweet honey, caramel and molasses. The taste is well-balanced with plenty of bready malts, toffee, sweet caramel & nutty characters.
