Ohishi Whiskey

Japan - 40.5% - Blend of first fill sherry casks that encompass nearly three different decades of distillation. 29% of the whisky comes from 27 Yr casks, 35% comes from 10 Yr old casks and 36% comes from 7 Yr casks. Notes of vanilla, butterscotch and spice. Long, citrus finish.

Japan- The whisky is matured in brandy casks for 9 years and then finished in the Mizunara Casks for at least 2 full years. The Mizunara gives a soft sandalwood quality to the whisky. A great example of how rice whiskies are easily influenced by their vessels.

Japan- Imported by the Georgia Royal Collection Inc. Distilled and bottled at Ohishi Distillery in Japan using malted and unmalted rice. Aged in a sherry cask. Rich, soft, and balanced.

Japan - 0% - Ohishi Islay Cask Finish started out with two ex-Brandy casks which were fully matured over several years. And than it gets rested and finished in Islay Scotch Barrels for up to 8 months at a time.

Japan- Ohishi Port Cask Whisky is a Japanese whisky distilled from rice and finished in old port casks. Tasting notes include hints of chocolate and port wine. It is unique in taste and aroma.

Japan- This is a single cask whisky from Japan matured in ex-brandy casks. Silky and smooth on the palate with soft floral notes accented by very light oak spice and rich candied apple flavors. It is elegant and complex. Each cask is limited to just a few hundred bottles.
