Old New Orleans Rum

Louisiana- Celebration Distillation has been making rum in New Orleans, Louisiana since 1995. This overproof Rum is an extension of the one that got it all started. High in proof but great on everything.

Louisiana- We take our crystal rum, and store it in certified bourbon barrels procured from various bourbon and whiskey distilleries throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. Our Amber Rum is aged for a minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years in this blend.

Louisiana- 1718 Tricentennial Blend is a composition of our polished distillate soaked in cherry staves and finished in Madeira barrels. This rum has notes of morning dew, honey, and vanilla. The Madeira barrels were home to Verdehlo grapes imparting a golden hue to the rum.

Louisiana- This special limited edition blend contains the Rum that survived Katrina. Built upon the classic 10 Year, think single malt scotch as you get hints of vanilla, burnt orange and spice. Only a company that has produced superior rum for two decades can present such a classic.
