United States - Kentucky - 50% - These limited Bottled-in-Bond releases pay tribute to James E. Pepper, who played an instrumental role in the passage of the B.i.B. Act. Pepper was the first to bottle his whiskey at the distillery.

Kentucky - Nose of toasted oak, grain and citrus. Vibrant mouthfeel. Complex flavors of Mint, Cloves, Eucalyptus and Wildflower Honey. Long finish of dried fruits and nuts.

United States - 54.6% - With a 90% rye mash bill, it is a slightly higher proof and secondary aging. It’s great neat or with a couple of ice cubes. Also, as a bigger whiskey, would definitely play nice in cocktails.

United States - Maryland - 55.4% - Careful maturation and blending are on display in this 10Yr Straight Rye Whiskey. Aged at least 10 years in new charred American oak, it offers aromas of peach crumble, roasted nuts, molasses cookie. Flavors of crème brûlée, floral honey, white pepper.
