United States - 48.5% - Matured in new, charred, 24 month air dried, extra-fine grain, American white oak barrels for a minimum of 6 years. Distilled in copper pot stills in San Francisco. Distilled from 100% malted rye mash bill.

United States - 62.5% - Aged in extra fine grain American Oak. The wood was air dried for 24 months and the barrels were fully toasted, then charred by hand over an oak fire. The mash of 100% malted rye was fermented for 4 days, then double distilled. in traditional copper pot stills.

United States - 56.8% - This Old Potrero Cellar series is 100% malted rye aged 5 years and 10 months in toasted barrels before being aged an additional 17 months in Sonoma Portworks Petite Syrah barrels.

United States - 56.6% - Old Potrero Cellar Series is 100% malted rye aged in new American oak for 6 years and 10 months and then finished for 5 months in Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels
