North Carolina- Kristalweizen- 4.5% ABV. The yeast we use for our Summer Ale provides amazing spice & fruit aromatics. Featuring coriander & orange peel, the citrus & spice are cooling & delicious. This fun in the sun classic has a refreshing, crisp finish - perfect for a Summer's day.

North Carolina- Winter Warmer- Pours a beautiful bright auburn color. Warming, festive aromas of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, candied nuts, and roasted malts. Tastes of cinnamon, caramel malts, allspice, ginger, cocoa, and butter with a crisp, sweet finish.

North Carolina- Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy- 8% ABV. A slightly clear dark mahogany brown color with aromatic notes of dark chocolate, caramel, bourbon and toasty oak. The flavors mirror the nose exactly with a bourbon front. Perfect for winter.

United States - North Carolina - Nikolausspiel is a beautiful Bourbon Barrel Aged Spiced Ale. This concoction is brewed with cinammon, ginger, honey, and orange peel, resulting in a beer that is warming and festive. Careful resting in bourbon barrels completes this treat.

North Carolina- American Double/Imperial Stout- Fruit Beer- 10% ABV. This is a special version of the bourbon-barrel aged Event Horizon Stout with a dose of real raspberries added. Nicely melded flavors of raspberries and dark fruit with chocolate and hints of vanilla. Unique!
