Oola Whiskey

WA, USA- A special release of cask strength bourbon from Seattle Oola Distillery. Classic notes of vanilla, caramel and cherry on the nose. Rich finish with buttered toffee and oak spice.

Washington- Whiskey Discourse C takes their Waitsburg Bourbon Whiskey and finishes it for an additional year in 60-gallon French oak barrels from a 100-point Washington Cabernet Sauvignon producer. Only two barrels available in the 2018 release of Discourse C.

Washington - Deep, rich nose with mostly sweet, fruit elements and just a hint of smoke. On first taste smoke is present, but the focus on your palate quickly becomes a delicious sweet and ripe stone fruit (think plum, peach & apricot)-Very smooth and rich with no burn or bite at 90 Pf.

Washington- A whiff of smoke coupled with sweet sea brine on the nose starts the conversation. This is followed by spicy clove and cinnamon notes, contributing a complexity mid-palate on its way to a lingering finish of rich, ripe pear and candied stone fruit.
