Orange County Distillery Whiskey

New York- Orange County Distillery Unaged Rye Whiskey is 100% rye and 15% malted. Slightly sweet notes carry through from this 100% rye whiskey. Since it is unaged, we find this to be a perfect mixer for a simple cocktail.

New York- This aged Rye Whiskey is 100% rye, all grown on our farm. This isn't your typical spicy rye though. The nose definitely starts off sweet, as does the taste. And you'll still find a hint of spiciness on the back end.

New York- Orange County Distillery corn whiskey is made from 85% corn and 15% barley. Let the whiskey linger on the front of the tongue to reveal the sweetness of the corn. Doesn't burn your mouth or throat as you might expect, but instead slowly warms your chest.

New York- This honey whiskey comes from used bourbon barrels that were filled with honey from our farm and aged for a few months. After the honey was emptied from the barrels we re-filled it with corn whiskey for another couple months. You can taste the flavor of the honey in every sip
