Organic Beer

England- English Pale Ale- Organic Hallertau hops from New Zealand provide the distinctive palate notes. The yeast used is St. Peter’s own single strand variety. The result is a delicate, clean, crisp, lightly carbonated, traditional English Ale with a full "citrus hop" aftertaste.

California- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 7.0% ABV. With double the organic wheat, double the rolled oats, and Double Dry Hopped (DDH), this Hazy IPA is as dense as the fog of war. With its Citra and Cascade hops this brew is dry and juicy with a beautiful bright golden color.

United States - Washington - Evolution Organic Red IPA is an original brewery recipe that takes us back to our early roots. This gives us time to reflect on our first ten years as a local community brewery as we celebrate

Belgium- Saison / Farmhouse Ale- 7.5% ABV. Foret is an organic Saison made by the well respected artisan brewery, Dupont. It has a lumpy, rocky head and a pleasing golden color. Spicy malt, tart citrus fruit, and bitter hops dominate the palate and linger throughout the zesty finish.

United States - Washington - A salmon-safe, organic West Coast IPA bringing hop flavors of apricot, candied strawberries, and orange marmalade to pair with the grainy, biscuity malt characters.

United States - Washington - Moon Calendar is a West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with Nomcraft Brewing from Japan. Connected by the ocean, an organic West Coast IPA for a collab felt very fitting. Moon Calendar has notes of passionfruit, mango, and resin, and a medium body

California- English India Pale Ale- 7% ABV. A bright copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate and a big hoppy finish.

United States - Washington - A Mexican-style lager that boasts a depth of malt character from floor malted pilsner malt and corn. Flavors of fresh dough and cracker are balanced with a subtle hop presence of honeysuckle, citrus, and fresh cut grass.

United States - Washington - A West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with EVIL Bikes. A savory pine character dominates the aroma, complemented by grapefruit and herbal notes and a light mouthfeel and a smooth, drying carbonation.

United States - Washington - Mane Attraction is a hoppy saison brewed in collaboration with Beach Cat Brewing. Mango and lime aromas dominate the nose while flavors of yuzu, orange, and black pepper mingle creating a nuanced yet drinkable saison.

Germany- Munich Helles Lager - 5.1% ABV. "Alt" is the German word for "old" or "original" and the alt style is certainly older than German lager styles. Today, alt - an ale - is a specialty of Westphalia, in Northern Germany.

Washington- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- 6.7% ABV. 65 IBUs. "Pours a beautiful opaque orange. This hoppy creation showcases the amazing resinous and piney characteristics of Simcoe, the crisp citrus of Citra, and the bitterness of Summit hops. Juicy, unfiltered and delicious."

Oregon- American Pale Ale- 5.4% ABV. Hopworks Urban Brewery's new pale ale Tree Frog is bursting with juicy and floral aromas. An easy drinking summer pale ale made with Fuggle, Centennial, Amarillo and Simcoe.

United States - Washington - A bold, Hazy IPA with notes of pineapple and grapefruit brewed to support the National Wildlife Federation. Brewed with Citra, El Dorado, Simcoe, and Talus hops, 2-Row Pale malt, and Oats.
