Texas - light-bodied lager expresses the marriage of Latin and Central European cultures. A crisp, dry lager is given the Texas treatment by adding a touch of sweetness from malted maize and subtle spice from Tettnang and Saaz hops.

Washington- Japanese Rice Lager- 4.6% ABV. Notes of jasmine tea, dry sake, & fresh kola nut, this beer is quenching & deeply layered in its complexity. We brewed with lots of whole grain organic white rice. Cereal mashed, cold fermented, extended lagered & naturally carbonated.

United States - Washington - Kernza Lager, a good grain collaborative between Patagonia provisions & 11 regional breweries nationwide. Aslan Kernza Lager is a bright, easy drinking, organic Pilsner with a slightly nutty malt characteristic. Lemon forward piney floral notes.

California- American-Style Lager- 4.5% ABV. This is a lager for craft beer drinkers. Very crisp and refreshing 4.5% ABV Lite Lager with Organic Perle hops to impart a bold, floral, hoppy aroma.

United States - Washington - A Mexican-style lager that boasts a depth of malt character from floor malted pilsner malt and corn. Flavors of fresh dough and cracker are balanced with a subtle hop presence of honeysuckle, citrus, and fresh cut grass.

United States - Washington - A pre-prohibition lager worth roaring about! This beer is inspired by an original Olympia Brewing / Bellingham Bay Brewing lager beer recipe that was discovered in the catacombs of the Hotel Leo in Bellingham, Washington!

Germany- Czech Pilsner - 5.2% ABV. Pinkus Ur Pils, brewed with organic malt and hops, has another connection to the beers of 150 years ago: no chemical fertilizers or pesticides are used to produce the malt and hops. "Ur" translates roughly from German to "original."
