Belgium- Gueuze- 6% ABV. SOUR ALE. Pours a hazy gold with an ivory foam. Aroma is slightly acidic with a tart cherry like quality, layered on top of rich malt. Sour flavors are well balanced with sweet notes that come in towards the finish.

Belgium- Gueuze Lambic - 6.0% ABV. Oude Geuze is a blend of lambic from different years. One year-old lambic is still readily fermentable. Two year-old and three year-old lambic's main contribution is to the taste.

Belgium- Fruit Lambic- 6.6% ABV. This is not “any” Oude Kriek, this is Zéér Oude Kriekenlambik. We used 36% three-year old lambik and 58% two-year old lambik. The lambikken come from 12 different barrels and 11 different brews, using 340 grams of sour cherries per litre.

Belgium - The Gueuze Tilquin Oude Rhubarbe was obtained by fermenting 240 gr of fresh rhubarb per litre of lambic. The rhubarb has been produced locally by the Ferme de la Bosse Jauque.
