Pale Ale

Massachusetts- English Pale Ale- "An amber English-style ale that has a nice balance between hops and malt. It's the most popular of Cisco beer and the most versatile in terms of pairing with food or people."

Florida- American Pale Ale- Pours a honey-amber color with a creamy head. Floral, citrus hop aromas make a statement, along with a supporting malt backbone. Bright citrus hops define the flavor profile, really carrying this beer along with a nice bready maltiness. Nice!

California- American Pale Ale- Pours a clear light amber color, showing strong hop flavor from American Mosaic & Calypso hops, imparting notes of pungent summer fruit aromas and flavors with hints of pineapple, ripe cantaloupe, basil, cherry blossoms, spruce & grapefruit on a malt base

Georgia- American Pale Ale. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with less hop bitterness than an American IPA. Use of different hops offer different flavors and aromas.

Missouri- American Pale Ale- GABF Gold Medal 2011. Pours a slightly hazy golden amber color. A balanced aroma of piney, floral & citrusy hops blended with sweet caramel malts. Tastes of bitter hops, (floral, earthy & citrusy), with a nice backbone of bready caramel malts.

Canada- Gluten-Free Beer- American Pale Ale- Pours a light copper color. Citrus and caramel notes, coupled with a mild bitter finish, come together serving up great balance.

United States - Tennessee - Tennessee- American Pale Wheat Ale- 5.8% ABV. Yazoo Pale Ale Bursts with a spicy, Citrusy Hop aroma and flavor. The wonderful hop aroma is balanced nicely with malt body, ending with a cleansing hop finish

Minnesota- American Pale Ale- Regionally grown American pale malts are blended with rich European malts to produce a light-bodied, brightly colored brew. Four pounds of hops are added to give this brew a citrusy punch w/ spicy characters offering a crisp, clean bitterness.

Missouri- English Pale Ale- Pours copper in color. A smooth, balanced session beer with mildly spiced flavor and aroma from East Kent Goldings hops. Bready, lightly caramel malt complements the hint of fruitiness contributed by the London Ale yeast, making it authentically satisfying.
