Panther Island Brewing Ale

United States - Texas - Trick Rider is an American IPA made with Cascade and Centennial Hops, and then dry hopped with Mosaic. This particular hop blend imparts a berry and tropical fruit aroma and flavor.

Texas- American Pale Wheat Ale- 5.7% ABV. Award winning, unfiltered American wheat beer that is deep golden in color with a nice haze. This beer is brewed with local honey from Rodgers TX, chamomile flowers and rose hips.

Texas - Gose - 6.0% ABV. Brewed with wheat, barley and coriander, creating a tart yet slightly salty refreshing beer. The series includes watermelon, pink guava, blood orange or cranberry.

Texas- American Amber/Red Ale- 5.0% ABV. Brewnette is a light summer seasonal Amber Ale. Toasty, with notes of caramel, and a biscuity bite. A pleasant aroma of nutty malts and light hops.

Texas- Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy- 8.2% ABV. A Scotch Strong Ale that is deep ruby red in color but with a surprisingly lighter body. It boasts a wonderful roasty nose and a chocolate middle. The East Kent Goldings hops we use compliment the specialty malts in our beer.

Texas- American Pale Wheat Ale. This style of beer generally offers a light body with wheat aroma and varying (but typically low) hop and yeast character. Please see package for more information.

Texas- American IPA- 10.0% ABV. Imperial IPA boasts a huge malt-bill to balance out bitterness and precent a nice caramel middle. We use cracked corlander which gives a mellow zest to the beer. We dry hop with Citra hops to give it the right amount of citrus nose.

Texas- Hazy/New England-Style IPA - 7.0% ABV. Hazy Cat is a NEIPA Double Dry Hopped with Sabro, Huell Melon, and El Dorado Hops. This unique combination of hops lends notes of melon, Citrus, and strawberry
