North Fork of Long Island, New York- The Festival Red is a classic Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot; with a nose of fresh herbs and red berries and a complex palate of herbs, oak, cedar, and red fruits, this wine is a lovely match for grilled meats.

North Fork of Long Island, New York- Aromas of bramble fruit, herbs, flowers and spice. Medium-bodied with firm tannins, black fruit and cherry flavors. Try it with poultry, game or mild cheeses

North Fork, Long Island, New York- This beautifully crafted wine shows its oak right up front. However, the grape blend does add a bit more complexity at the outset, once the oak blows off. It feels full in the mouth with a touch of herbs, cassis and a hint of vanilla.

Finger Lakes, New York- Containing no additaives, this wine is medium-bodied with a savory twist on the classic black currant, cedar and tobacco character of cabernet sauvignon.

Long Island, New York- Pretty fine, wonderfully elegant, impeccably balanced and remarkably complex at its young age. The backbone is real here, but fairly well controlled. It is rather delicious in a nuanced way, too. It is never sweet and jammy.

Long Island, New York- This is a surprisingly young and sexy Merlot with gorgeous fruit and a very graceful demeanor on opening. Aged in French Oak, it is balanced with a more concentrated feel. The fruit does not fade quickly and counters its tannins well.

North Fork of Long Island, New York- Delicate aromas of plums, cola, and licorice with hints of black pepper. The palate is lively, with creamy, dark fleshy fruit. Warm and expansive on the mid-palate, with rustic tannins, leading to a persistent finish tinged with sweet herbs.
