Peach Street Bourbon

Colorado- The first legal bourbon ever made in Colorado, Peach Street's Colorado Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash of 60% sweet corn, 20% barley and 20% rye. Smooth flavor, revealing soft hints of caramel and light oak. Notes of sweet corn, cereal and buttery biscuits.

Mexico- Peach Street Distillers' own D'Agave Extra combines D'Agave Gold, made with organic blue weber agave and aged in oak barrels previously used for bourbon, with more agave! The "extra" is in reference to the 20% agave nectar added and the extra 9 months it spent in bourbon barrels

Colorado- Hand picked juniper berries combined with a handful of other unique botanicals gives Jackelope gin citrusy and slightly nutty flavor. From there it is aged in Colorado Straight Bourbon barrels until it's just right.
