Kentucky- Peerless Double Oak Bourbon whiskey is aged a minimum of 4 years in the first barrel. Exposing this Bourbon to two separate casks allows for two full barrel extractions. The nose opens with sweet oak accented with orange zest and cedar.

Kentucky- This bourbon is made using sweet mash instead of sour mash with non-chilled filtration. This 4 year old whiskey is bottled at barrel strength of 107 proof. Serve on the rocks.

United States - 51% - The Peerless High Rye mash has a higher percentage of rye grain, emphasizing its sweet and spice contribution. Non-chill filtered at 102 proof with strictly a sweet mash and flavorful grains

United States - 55.35% - Exposing Peerless Bourbon to two separate casks allows for two full barrel extractions. Supercharged notes give supreme complexity and mouthfeel. Barrels have prominent grain, fruit, herbaceous notes as they are complemented well by the extra barrel character.

United States - Kentucky - 55% - Aged in two separate oak barrels. Initially a char level 3, barrel which develops the profiles of caramel, brown sugar, and toffee. Then placed in a toasted barrel to finish which adds more complexity with honey, vanilla, toasted spices, and chocolate.
