Peerless Whiskey

Kentucky- Peerless Double Oak Bourbon whiskey is aged a minimum of 4 years in the first barrel. Exposing this Bourbon to two separate casks allows for two full barrel extractions. The nose opens with sweet oak accented with orange zest and cedar.

United States - Kentucky - 55% - Aged in two separate oak barrels. Initially a char level 3, barrel which develops the profiles of caramel, brown sugar, and toffee. Then placed in a toasted barrel to finish which adds more complexity with honey, vanilla, toasted spices, and chocolate.

United States - 51% - Exposing Peerless Bourbon to two separate casks allows for two full barrel extractions. Giving this whiskey supreme complexity and mouthfeel. Barrels selected have prominent grain, fruit, herbaceous notes and are complemented well by extra barrel character.

United States - 54.50% - Peerless Small Batch Toasted Rye is aged in two separate oak barrels. It is initially aged in their standard, char level three, barrel. This process develops the desired flavor profiles of caramel, brown sugar, and toffee.

Kentucky- A well balanced Rye, bolstered by sweet tones of maple, brown sugar, and light citrus. Finishes with a hint of oak and no harsh burn. The careful distillation creates a uniquely smooth taste for a Rye. Barrel proof and strictly sweet mash.
