United States - Indiana - 47.5% - Penelope Wheated Bourbon is crafted with a carefully balanced wheated mash-bill. This unique blend results in a bourbon that delivers a rich, sweet character with a smooth finish, while the touch of rye adds just the right hint of spice.

Kentucky- Architect is the new blueprint for precision blending. The first build in this series combines their signature four grain mash bill with two styles of hand-selected French oak staves.

United States - Indiana - 70.1% - A rare find distilled from a corn-based mash at the historic Seagram’s distillery in Indiana, this American Light Whiskey was aged in second-fill oak barrels to reveal a depth of character only time can unlock

United States - Indiana - 69.4% - Aged in 2nd fill oak barrels, this amazing spirit brings out savory vanilla notes with a hint of cinnamon and creme brûlée. This 17-year-old American Light Whiskey is bottled at cask strength.

Kentucky- Penelope Rose Cask Bourbon is a limited release. It is a blend of 3 bourbon marsh bills and is comprised of four grains (corn, wheat, rye, and malt). It is then finished in Grenache Rose wine casks from Southern France and aged for 2-3 years.
