Guadeloupe, France - This rhum agricole is made by Distillerie Poisson, founded in 1860 on the island of Marie-Galante (part of Guadeloupe, France), and aged for 8 years in 200-liter oak barrels. It is rich yet dry with herbaceous notes, toasted spice and dried flower.

France - 70.7% - Rhum Agricole - This Single plot enjoys a specific microclimate that is warmer, with less winds, more sun and humidity. Hand harvested and kept separate before undergoing a very slow fermentation and double pot distillation to proof.

France - 71.2% - Rhum Agricole - Created from a single pristine, organically farmed plot, on perhaps the best terroir in the world for sugar cane and rhum. Bottled at full proof, this is one of the purest, most natural and profound expressions of rhum.

Haiti - 59% - This rhum agricole blanc from Distillerie Poisson was distilled in a traditional creole column still. This 59% abv bottlng is the local proof, the preferred strength on the island.

France - 30.5% - Ultra-rare Single Cask Rhum Agricole aged for 12 years in extreme island conditions – creating development similar to that of 25+ years in continental climate. Waves of butterscotch, tobacco, cacao. Only 270 btls produced.
