Missouri- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- "A straw colored Belgian-style Saison brewed with chamomile flowers. Fermented with a traditional saison yeast strain that imparts fruity & spicy notes that dovetail perfectly with the tea-like quality of chamomile. Finishes dry, tart, and refreshing."

Missouri- American Blonde Ale- 5.5% ABV. Southside Blonde is a sessionable Belgian-Style Blonde Ale that is light-bodied and dry with a hint of fruitiness from the yeast. Enjoy!

Missouri- Belgian Pale Ale- 5.0% ABV. This Belgian Style Pale Ale was our first beer we ever brewed! Made with Cascade and Centennial hops, this beer pays tribute to our heritage while still pressing toward the future.

Missouri- American Blonde Ale- 4.7% ABV. Grab your fanny packs and cargo shorts and dive head first into this crushable, hoppy Summer ale. Simple grist, clean yeast and dry finish will make you want this beer.

Missouri- Berliner Weissbier- 4.2% ABV. A wave of tropical fruit and spice brighten this lively, tart wheat ale, taking the German Berliner Weisse tradition on an island run. Poolside Breeze, steeped on a house-made tea blend of dried mango, passionfruit, hibiscus & lemongrass. Enjoy!

United States - Missouri - A classic red ale with subtle caramel malt, toasted grains and a crisp hoppy finish. Made to be enjoyed watching any STL team. Cheers to the good times!

United States - Missouri - This West Coast-style IPA features a malt bill and a hop combination Amarillo, Chinook, and Citra that utilize a soft mouthfeel, minimal bitterness, and a “dryish” finish. This beer reminds us of spring awakening, brisk ocean mist, and heady forest pine air.

United States - Missouri - This hazy IPA features a malt bill and hop combination that utilizes a soft mouthfeel with minimal bitterness, and a “dryish” finish. Sun River Gold features handfuls of Mosaic and El Dorado Cryo.

Missouri- Witbier. This style of beer generally offers flavors and aroma of wheat, coriander, and orange peel and a refreshing level of carbonation. Sometimes served with a slice of lemon or orange.

Missouri- Hazy IPA- 6.2% ABV. Hurry On Daylight is the next in a series of "hazy lite" IPAs. Brewed with a sturdy malt bill, we let these dry out a touch more and then dry-hop with different hop combinations. Hurry on Daylight features Cascade, Amarillo, and Crystal hops.

United States - Missouri - Our always changing and rotating IPA series brings you: Around, But Gone. A West Coast-Style IPA brewed with base malt & carapils, then heavily hopped with Amarillo, Cascade, & Citra.

United States - Missouri - This hazy IPA features a malt bill and hop combinations that utilize a soft mouthfeel, minimal bitterness, and a “dryish” finish. Celestial Vapor is loaded with handfuls of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and El Dorado Cryo.

Missouri- American Double/Imperial Stout- 10% ABV. 80 IBUs. Pours a deep brown with thick head. Brewed with ancho chili peppers, cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and cinnamon sticks...unique ingredients intended to challenge and excite the palate. Enjoy right away or cellar-age.

Missouri- American Stout- 11.5% ABV. We first brewed Take 10 in collaboration with Churchkey in Washington D.C. in celebration of their 10th anniversary. Take 10 is a decadent imperial stout brewed with peanuts, chocolate, caramel, and pretzels.

Missouri- American Double/Imperial Stout. This style of beer generally offers a very malt-forward dark body and high alcohol content. These are very dark in appearance and bold in flavors. Occasionally Barrel Aged. Please see package for more information.

United States - Missouri - Imperial stout with ancho chilis, cacao nibs, cinnamon, vanilla beans, chocolate sauce, and sea salt. Take this delicious stout home today and enjoy by the fire!

Missouri- American Imperial Porter. This style of beer generally offers a dark malt-forward body with flavor and aroma of caramel and chocolate with balanced hop presence. Relatively high alcohol content is to be expected.
