Perennial Ale

Missouri- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- "A straw colored Belgian-style Saison brewed with chamomile flowers. Fermented with a traditional saison yeast strain that imparts fruity & spicy notes that dovetail perfectly with the tea-like quality of chamomile. Finishes dry, tart, and refreshing."

Missouri- American Blonde Ale- 5.5% ABV. Southside Blonde is a sessionable Belgian-Style Blonde Ale that is light-bodied and dry with a hint of fruitiness from the yeast. Enjoy!

Missouri- Witbier. This style of beer generally offers flavors and aroma of wheat, coriander, and orange peel and a refreshing level of carbonation. Sometimes served with a slice of lemon or orange.

Missouri- American Blonde Ale- 4.7% ABV. Grab your fanny packs and cargo shorts and dive head first into this crushable, hoppy Summer ale. Simple grist, clean yeast and dry finish will make you want this beer.

United States - Missouri - Perennial Artisan Ales newest and exciting release, Reverse Faults is an English-Style Pale Ale using a bevy of English malts and hopped with East Kent Goldings.

United States - Missouri - Tropical Suburban Beverage is a Gose-style ale brewed with lime, pineapple, mango + sea salt. The ideal drink after a long summer day working in the yard, picking the kids up from soccer practice, or taking the dog for a walk.

Missouri- Belgian Pale Ale- 5.0% ABV. This Belgian Style Pale Ale was our first beer we ever brewed! Made with Cascade and Centennial hops, this beer pays tribute to our heritage while still pressing toward the future.

Missouri- Berliner Weissbier- 4.2% ABV. A wave of tropical fruit and spice brighten this lively, tart wheat ale, taking the German Berliner Weisse tradition on an island run. Poolside Breeze, steeped on a house-made tea blend of dried mango, passionfruit, hibiscus & lemongrass. Enjoy!

Missouri- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 4.7% ABV. Owen is a table strength saison kettle and dry-hopped with Mosaic. It opens with aromas of ripe papaya and subtle pineapple. The tropical character continues on the palate with complementary notes of rose petals and mineral water.

United States - Missouri - A classic red ale with subtle caramel malt, toasted grains and a crisp hoppy finish. Made to be enjoyed watching any STL team. Cheers to the good times!

United States - Missouri - This beautiful, lagered saison is brewed with Missouri rice, then conditioned on local wildflower honey. Fermented for two weeks on our house Belgian yeast strain, then lagered for seven more weeks.

Missouri- Hazy IPA- 6.2% ABV. Hurry On Daylight is the next in a series of "hazy lite" IPAs. Brewed with a sturdy malt bill, we let these dry out a touch more and then dry-hop with different hop combinations. Hurry on Daylight features Cascade, Amarillo, and Crystal hops.

United States - Missouri - This hazy IPA features a malt bill and hop combinations that utilize a soft mouthfeel, minimal bitterness, and a “dryish” finish. Celestial Vapor is loaded with handfuls of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and El Dorado Cryo.

United States - Missouri - Packed with bold flavor, this Triple IPA showcases the dynamic duo of Simcoe and Vic Secret hops. Expect vibrant notes of pine, passionfruit, and citrus, balanced by a smooth malt backbone and a powerful finish.

United States - Missouri - This West Coast-style IPA features a malt bill and a hop combination Amarillo, Chinook, and Citra that utilize a soft mouthfeel, minimal bitterness, and a “dryish” finish. This beer reminds us of spring awakening, brisk ocean mist, and heady forest pine air.

Missouri- Dunkelweizen- 6.6% ABV. This rich, malty Dunkelweiss is a perfect vehicle for the uniquely delicious character of Missouri black walnuts and it pairs seamlessly with all the things we love about fall — cooler weather, trees bursting with color, sweaters, and fire pits.

United States - Missouri - An 8% West Coast Double IPA double dry hopped with Simcoe, Centennial, and Columbus. Reminds us of candy covered oranges running through a juice filled pine forest.

United States - Missouri - Tornado Castle is a hazy IPA that features a malt bill and hop combination of Mosaic, Motueka, and Simcoe to utilizes a soft mouthfeel, minimal bitterness, and a “dryish” finish.
