Peticolas Ale

United States - Texas - The Hammer is an imperial red ale that appears as a dark, ruby reddish-brown ale. It is malt-forward with elements of caramel and the sweetness of light brown sugar, balanced nicely by a combination of floral hops and a noticeable alcohol bite.

United States - Texas - Copper red in color with a low fruity-ester aroma accompanied by a rocky dense off white head. Candy malt sweetness is enhanced by a subtle degree of roasted malt that brings a level of complexity to nice even keeled hop flavor and bitterness.

United States - Texas - Golden Opportunity is modeled after the classic German style. Straw-like in color, this brew has a light, pleasant malt aroma with a hint of sweetness. Clean, well-balanced and suitably carbonated for a crisp, refreshing feel.

United States - Texas - Thrilla in Brazilla is gold and the fruity-ester aroma is high to very high hop aroma is further characterized by high amounts of citrus. Thrilla is a medium bodied beer with medium high hop bitterness. As always, this beer is balanced.

United States - Texas - This beer exhibits the fresh and bright character of the hops. One pound/barrel. It’s gold in color and the floral ester aroma is high. The hop bitterness is high, but not at all harsh. The hop flavor is intense, fresh and lively.

Texas- American Double/Imperial IPA- 10.0% ABV. A big beer that'll sit you down if you don't first. An intense hop flavor & high bitterness, Sit Down is well balanced & equally fresh and lively. Full mouthfeel & malt character.

United States - Texas - A classic German style. Distinctive notes of clove and vanilla are rounded out by soft banana. Bright juicy citrus bubbles compliment sweet malted wheat. An addictive peppery kick comes through on the finish along with a touch of orange peel.

United States - Texas - Same Time Next Year’s foundation is its malt bill – dominated by German Vienna malt, which provides a medium body with touch of malt sweetness. Balance and a restrained bitterness to round out the overall Oktoberfest experience.

United States - Texas - This IPA is our collaboration brew with Peticolas Brewery in Dallas for their 13th anniversary celebration. There were 12 other breweries participating in the anniversary collaborations, but we were one of three to have cans available in the market.
