Rapel, Chile- Cabernet Sauvignon 80%, Cabernet Franc 10%, Merlot 5%, Petit Verdot 5%. This wine, richer in color and with intense character, shows the elegance of the grapes of our Apalta estate. The wine has soft and rounded solid tannins. It has a delightful long lingering finish.

Washington - Columbia Valley - Elegantly dynamic, this Cabernet shows depth and style, offering rose petal, black cherry and dusky spice flavors that glide toward refined tannins. Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Merlot.

North Fork of Long Island, New York- This Bordeaux blend is comprised of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Balanced and full bodied, this wine is complex and flavorful, softened by its velvety tannins.

North Carolina - The All In is a nonvintage red table wine capturing the essence of its component parts: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec, and a touch of Chambourcin. Fruit forward and complex with minerality and soft tannins.

Columbia Valley, Waashington - Made primarily with Cabernet sauvignon grapes, Walla Walla Vintners added just 8% Petit Verdot, 3.5% Cabernet franc, and 3.5% Merlot, all aged in 57% new oak for 23 months. The resulting wine was filled with black cherries, plums, and raspberries...

France - Bordeaux - Pessac-Leognan - Vibrant fruits of plums, morello cherries, touch of iodine, spices, mineral. Crunchy, medium-bodied on the palate, fresh with fine-grained tannins. Fresh and approachable. Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Merlot 30%, Cabernet Franc 5%, Petit Verdot 5%

Napa, CA- Comprised of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Petit Verdot. A balance of concentrated vibrant fruit with elegant, long tannins, this wine can be enjoyed today or in years to come. Uniting all these flavors, this wine was aged in new French oak barrels for 22 months.

California- A spicy, exotic blend of 70% Cabernet with Syrah, Grenache and Petit Verdot rounding out the blend. Inspired by the red blends of Southern France but very Californian in heft, this wine would be a perfect match to grilled steak or crispy duck.

California - Napa Valley - "Including small amounts of Merlot and Petit Verdot, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon RMS is a more supple, sexy red offering great cassis and almost blue fruits, notes of white flowers, spice, and a touch of minerality, full-bodied richness, and sweet tannins."

North Carolina - Estate Grown with a traditional take on the Italian style of Montepulciano, full bodied and fruit forward with dark cherry aromas and a smooth tannic finish. 90% Montepulciano, 10% Petit Verdot.

Napa Valley, California - The wine aged 19 months in 58% new oak (50% French, 5% Hungarian, 3% American). The final blend is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot and 1% Malbec.

France - Bordeaux - Margaux - "Fresh, with damson plum and cherry fruit flavors, lined with lilac and red tea notes. Shows a light cedar backdrop on the finish. Elegant. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Drink now through 2024. 6,833 cases made."

Alexander Valley, Sonoma County, CA - "Firm, structured tannins and bright cassis and blackberry around a deft sprinkling of dried herb. Built to age, it is equally enjoyable now, after a decant. Small percentages of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec factor in."

Cabernet Sauvignon makes up just over two-thirds of this wine with the balance Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Dried herb, black cherry, licorice and spice aromas lead to full-feeling dark fruit flavors that show intensity and persistence.
