Petrus Ale

Belgium- Tripel- 8.0% ABV. Amarillo & Cascade, are added to our Petrus Tripel to enhance the character & aroma. Then the brewmaster adds 15% of our foeder beer to give it a touch of sourness & fruitiness. This beer is an unprecedented combination of a hoppy tripel & sour foeder beer.

Belgium- Flanders Oud Bruin- 7.3% ABV. SOUR ALE. Brewed specifically for export to the U.S. A paler, aged version of Petrus Oud Bruin. Pours a clear golden. Sweet malt aromas and flavors are quickly joined by a lightly sour/vinegar note with touches of citrus and hay and oak. Nice!

Belgium- Flanders Oud Bruin - Fruit Beer- 8.5% ABV. This is an Oud Bruin style brew fermented with cherries. Pours dark red with an off-white head. Aromas and flavors of dark cherry pie and vanilla. Elements of earthy sour cherry intertwine with hints of oak and cherry skin.

Belgium- Flanders Oud Bruin- SOUR ALE. A top-fermented dark beer brewed with the finest hops and malt varieties and matured on oaken barrels for 20 months. There are senses of cherry, caramel malt, Earthy esters and wood on the nose. Tastes of cherry and malty cask flavors predominate.
