United States - Illinois - A blend of Midwest malted barley with a heavy focus on orange pulpy Simcoe with support from lemony centennial and a little bit of tropical forward Citra in the kettle. Straw colored, with just enough sweetness to balance the bitterness.

Illinois- American IPA- 7.7% ABV. This crispy little American IPA hopped with 100% American hops, brewed with a clean tasting combo of pale malt and fermented with American Ale yeast. This one’s meant to taste like a classic hoppy ale that got you into beer in the first place.

United States - Illinois - Back again is one of our favs, a triple dry-hopped triple hazy IPA absolutely packed with the classic citra/mosaic hop combination. Fluffy & full of bright tropical fruit and berry undertones.

Illinois - American Double/Imperial IPA - 8.0% ABV. We brought up the ABV of our regular pixel density to 8% and gave it our double dry hop treatment of some sticky-icky fruity citra and citra cryo.
