Long Island, NY- One of our flagship wines, this is an off-dry blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Cayuga. Semi-sweet and refreshingly well-balanced with floral aromas.

Long Island, New York - Pindar Vinyard's famous Blush Wine, imitated by many but never duplicated. This semi-dry Rose is made with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with a unique subtle strawberry flavor.

Long Island, NY- This light blush wine is an off dry Rose of Merlot grapes, fermented with cranberries for a hint of acidity. Served chilled, this is a favorite with barbecue foods, beef, and fish.

Long Island, New York- This semi-dry Rose is made with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with a unique subtle strawberry flavor that comes not from strawberries, but from our own Suffolk Red Grapes. Refreshing and simply delicious with light summertime foods.

Long Island, New York- A dry white wine, clean and crisp -- like a fine Pinot Gris, with mineral notes and a grapefruit character. A perfect accompaniment to many foods, including chicken, fish, and cheeses. A great everyday white wine.

North Fork of Long Island, New York- This limited special reserve was completely barrel fermented in new French oak and has lush vanilla and caramel notes, with a back palate of apple and pear.

Long Island, New York- Decanting will open up hints of cassis, bing cherry and raspberry on the nose and it shows bright berry flavors and toasted vanilla on the palate with a clean, spicy finish.

New York- This special red was first crafted to celebrate our 15th anniversary of winemaking on Long Island. It has the round and full characteristics of Merlot with the slight herbaceousness of Cabernets.

New York- Crisp, lively Chardonnay with hints of pear and apple. Stainless steel fermented and aged on secondary lees for 8 months. A great wine at a great price. Superb when paired with lightly-seasoned fish, veal, poultry and cheeses.

Long Island, New York- A soft, semi-sweet red wine which may be served chilled. Perfect for BBQ fare, Spanish, Indian & Asian cuisines. Makes a great Sangria! Medium to low acidity.

Long Island, New York - This semi-sweet Riesling is bursting with complex floral notes of jasmine and hibiscus on the nose, and a palate of citrus, dried apricot and lychee. A perfect pairing for curries and well-spiced dishes.

Long Island, New York- This dessert wine shows notes of rose, clove & honeysuckle on the nose. The taste is of tangerine, cirtus zest and honey, with enough acidity to brighten up the palate. Serve with fresh fruit, mild, soft cheeses and cheesecake.

Long Island, New York - This is a big wine with solid black and red fruit notes. Oak aging lends it hints of vanilla and toast. Pour this to enjoy with aged cheeses or rich stews.

Long Island, New York - The north-south sloping vineyard produces a Sauvignon Blanc of distinct flavors and aromas reminiscent of the great wines of Bordeaux such as stone fruit and tropical aromas.

Long Island, New York- Lucious dark berry fruit abounds upfront, with a hint of vanilla, green tea and cassis. The palate has medium fruit with firm tannins and a smooth finish.

Long Island, New York - This Merlot is intense and fragrant, with rosemary, vanilla, red currant and blackberry on the nose. Full-bodied with soft tannins and a velvety, assertive finish.

North Fork of Long Island, New York- Fruity, almost jammy upfront with hints of plum and raspberry and a soft herbaceousness. Well-rounded and slightly spicy on the finish, this is one of Long Island's signature grape varietals.
