Pineapple Beverage

United States - Illinois - We took Citra, Sabro and Vic Secret, double dry-hopped 'em and got DDH Color Scheme. Paint your pallet with fruity notes of pineapple, mango and subtle hints of pine.

Connecticut- American Double/Imperial IPA- 8% ABV. Pours a hazy burnt orange color with a frothy head. Smells of citrus, pine, grapefruit, and hops. Has an overall bitter taste with hints of pineapple, grapefruit, caramel malt, and grass notes.

United States - Illinois - Onyx Fly is a hazy Double IPA hopped w/ Waimea and hand selected Mosaic. Expect tasting notes of fresh cut berries, candied pineapple, with a pleasant slight dankness.

United States - Indiana - An American Pale Ale brewed with El Dorado and Trident hops. A light and bright body accompanied by flavors of tropical fruit, pineapple and stone fruit.

Wisconsin- Berliner Weissbier- 6.0% ABV. Coastal Sunshine is brewed with barley, spelt, red and white wheat before souring with Forager Brewery’s Lactobacillus blend. Fermented atop zesty orange, creamy banana and juicy pineapple.

United States - Washington - Built for Tacoma's West End. Pilsner and Munich malt give a solid, bready backbone w/ a touch of toasty warmth and rich golden color. Columbus, Cascade, Chinook, El Dorado, and Amarillo unload waves of dank pine, sharp grapefruit zest, and juicy pineapple

Florida- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 6.6% ABV. A New England Hazy IPA that is dry hopped with Azacca and citra hops which give it an aroma of orange, grapefruit, and mango. Tasting notes include pineapple, mango, and tangerine with a juicy crisp finish.

United States - North Carolina - Embrace the regal allure of this double dry hopped West Coast IPA featuring Saltana, El Dorado & Citra hops. Flavors of pineapple & pine reign supreme in this elegant elixir.

United States - New Jersey - NEIPA brewed with Citra, El Dorado, Alora, Amarillo and Simcoe hops. Notes of citrus, orange, peach and pineapple. Inspired by skate sessions with friends, all the cuts, scrapes, bruises, and broken bones that got us here.

Missouri- American Double/Imperial IPA- 8.0% ABV. Double dry-hopped Double IPA with Galaxy, Motueka, and Citra. Expect both dry and soft qualities with over the top fruit-forward notes of citrus, mango, pineapple, guava, and passion fruit.

New Hampshire- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- 6.9% ABV. Pours the color of apple juice with a creamy white head and aromas of bittersweet citrus. Flavors are hop forward of pine and spice with notes of toasty malt and caramel. Finishes creamy and smooth. Enjoy!

France - Burgundy - Beaune - Hints of mineral reduction and citrus sit atop the ripe and fresh white orchard fruit aromas. There is better volume and fine punch to the relatively powerful medium weight flavors that are also quite dry but not really austere.

France- Apple Cider- 4.6% ABV. This half-dry, complex cidre won highest rated international cider in the 2017 World Cider Championships. Elegant aromas and flavors of floral body powder, pine and haystack, white pepper, and smoky leather... A flavorful and expressive French style.

Pessac- Leognan, Bordeaux, France- "This is a cylinder of dense fruit and phenolic intensity, yet it remains agile and vivid with cooked-apple, honey and cream character, compounding the fantastic texture and structure. A great white with the same gravitas as a red."(Barrel Score 98-99)

North Carolina- A full-bodied wine with complex aromas of apple, buttery oak and tropical fruit. Barrel fermented and sur lie aged, this wine has everything you could want from a Chardonnay bursting with luscious fruit, rich buttery oak and a lingering silky smooth finish.

Pessac, Bordeaux, France - "Pessac, Bordeaux, France - "Although this has great freshness, candied-lemon and complex dried herb character, it also has a rich and waxy side, plus a touch of vanilla. Rich and powerful with a lot more structure than most Pessac-Leognan whites."

New Zealand - Marlborough - Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc White Wine features the refreshing flavors of passion fruit, melon, and grapefruit, making this Marlborough region white wine a brilliant complement to seafood or salad.

France - Champagne - Aromas of grilled lemons and sliced apples with pine nuts, freshly baked bread with some yeasty character to it. Fresh and delicate on the palate, medium to full bodied with silky bubbles. Its vivid acidity gives it tension and length. Mineral, chalky finish.

Finger Lakes, New York - Crisp and vibrant, with aromas of green apple, lime, and subtle floral notes. Bright, zesty acidity carries flavors of citrus and stone fruit across the palate, finishing clean, refreshing, and elegantly structured with a lively, memorable character.

France - Bordeaux - Pessac-Leognan - "The purity of fruit is really impressive here with crushed apples, pears and lemons. Some mineral and stone, too. Honeysuckle. (...) The palate is full and very direct and focused, with a long, salty dried lemon finish (...)." Barrel score.

Chassagne-Montrachet, Burgundy, France - "Lovely aromas of slate and wet stone on the nose, really showing the minerality of the terroir, alongside white floral tones and lime zest. The palate has a deep and rich honeyed tone, soft and smooth with round citrus flavours..."

Sauternes, Bordeaux, France- " Scents of tangerine peel, mint, lemon confit, marzipan, jasmine and passionfruit are all beautifully lifted. Weightless and elegant L'Extravagant is wonderfully subdued in 2020."
