United States - Kentucky - 47.5% - Aged more than 3 years, the 2023 vintage of our Flagship Bourbon showcases a warm nose of butterscotch, dried apricot, and graham cracker. These transition to a palate of coffee, roasted peanuts, candied cinnamon, and crème brûlée.

United States - Kentucky - 48.5% - Each year, Pinhook releases a new vintage of bourbons and ryes. The 2022 vintage of Pinhook Rye showcases bright aromas of pear, clove, walnut, and honeycomb. These transition to a vibrant palate of baked apple, black pepper, and toffee.

Kentucky- Every year, Pinhook releases a new Bourbon and Rye, each of which is connected to a promising young thoroughbred horse. Pinhook Rye Humor Cask Strength is the best expression of this barrel, blended to be as unique as the horse on the label.

Kentucky- Pinhook Bohemian Bourbon is the first bourbon released in nearly 40 years distilled at Castle & Key. This new release has a custom mash bill of 75% corn, 10% rye, and 15% malted barley and has a bright nose of tangerine, preserved lemon and brioche.

Kentucky- This is the second of 9 annual releases. With an additional year of age, this 5 year old rye brims with aromas of butterscotch, cardamom, dates and grapefruit, leading to a rich palate of dark caramel, licorice, gingerbread, and black pepper.

United States - 54% - Pinhook’s Rye Vertical Series provides a unique opportunity to follow a group of 450 MGP Indiana rye barrels as they age from four to twelve years and to experience the evolution of flavor throughout that nine-year journey

United States - 52.56% - Blended from just 28 barrels, this 7-year-old rye is the most limited release in the Vertical Series to date. A lively nose of caramel, orange zest, cedar, and clove move to a powerful palate of chocolate, root beer, cardamom, and tobacco.

Kentucky- This 6-year ride is vintage three of nine in the vertical series. The series follows a group of barrels as they age over the course of 9 years. With an additional year of age, this 6-year-old rye brims with aromas of juniper, dried apricot, cardamom, and ginger cookie dough.
