Jamaica - 50.4% - This 2007 rum is 100% Jamaican from the Clarendon distillery. It is aged in Jamaica for 11 years, and in Cognac, France for an additional 3 years. It is then further matured for 5 months in Ironroot Harbinger 115 Bourbon Casks - the worlds' best bourbon of 2020 (WWA).

Trinidad- Brilliant deep amber orange color. Aromas of spice cake, pecan roll, vanilla buttercream, blackstrap molasses, and caramelized fruits with a rich, silky, fruity-yet-dry and a zesty, spicy eggnog and citrusy fruitcake finish. Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2023 Great Value 93pts.

Jamaica- Intense and highly aromatic as a result of long fermentation and pot still distillation. Reveals a wide range of exotic aromas, with marked notes of plantain, ripe fruit and sugar. Has a generous palate, with plenty of length. A powerful rum with plenty of character.

Barbados- A blend of rums distilled in column and traditional pot stills, then aged in bourbon and sherry casks. A perfect example of the finest Barbados rums - voluptuous, soft and fruity. Offers a nose of vanilla, coconut and passion fruit, with a palate of tropical fruit and oak.

Trinidad- Made with highly-renowned, top-quality sugar cane. Incredibly delicate. The color is an intense golden yellow, with a subtle, elegant bouquet. Each sip has a taste of great subtlety rounded off by a long finish. Rich, exotic, complex with coconut and citrus flavors.

Panama - This marvellous rum was distilled over in Panama back in 2008, where it matured for 12 years, before being transported to France where it underwent a further year of ageing in ex-Ferrand Cognac casks before being bottled in 2021.
