Italy- In Venetian dialect sarpa means pomace, or the grape solids that are used to make grappa. Sarpa di Poli is made by distilling the marcs of two grape, Cabernet (40%) and Merlot (60%). This grappa boasts an herbal bouquet with notes of mint, rose and geranium.

Italy - 43% - Grappa di Brunello Riserva Vigna Paganelli is distilled from the fresh pomace of Sangiovese grapes sourced in the historical Paganelli vineyard. Aged for four years in French oak barrels, previously used for the aging of Il Poggione Brunello di Montalcino.
