California- Berliner Weissbier- 7.5% ABV. This kettle sour strikes a nice balance between sweet and tart. Fresh pomegranate puree and Madagascar vanilla come through nicely while the lactose addition lay a creamy soft base. Finishes with a mild tartness and subtle sweetness.

United States - Georgia - Our newest Sour Continuum flavor for winter '24-'25 is Orange, Blueberry, Pomegranate. Made with our in- house lacto culture, we sour our beers in-kettle for delicious tartness and then condition the beer on seasonal fruits.

North Dakota- Berliner Weissbier. This style of beer generally offers a refreshingly tart flavor in a low abv beer with a balance between yeast character and lactic acid. These can be brewed with fruit. Please see package for more information.
