England - Produced in the distinctive terroir of southern England, where chalk is dominant, this Sparkling Wine is made in the traditional method with a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and a majority of Chardonnay. Fresh aromas of blackcurrant, white fruit and honey.

Napa Valley, California - Grapes carefully selected by Clément Pierlot, chef de caves of Champagne Pommery. Green apples notes with harmonizing acidity and minerality, then a delicate essence of lemon mousse with a buttery vitality and finishing with aromas of peaches and apricots.
