California- American Strong Ale- 10% ABV. A blended beer that mixes old and new brewing traditions, Old Viscosity is 80% of the brew produced from a stainless steel fermentation blended with 20% bourbon barrel aged Old Viscosity (from a previous batch). Rich, luscious, and silky.

Virginia- American Pale Ale- 5.2% ABV. 30 IBUs. Tribute to the Chesapeake Bay. Dry-hopped ale brewed with local grains. Bright Loral and Centennial hop flavors come from Port City's patented Hopzooka method that uses CO2 to force hops into the fermenter without oxygen exposure.
