California- American Strong Ale- 10% ABV. A blended beer that mixes old and new brewing traditions, Old Viscosity is 80% of the brew produced from a stainless steel fermentation blended with 20% bourbon barrel aged Old Viscosity (from a previous batch). Rich, luscious, and silky.

California- American Pale Ale. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with less hop bitterness than an American IPA. Use of different hops offer different flavors and aromas.

California- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- 7% ABV. There are some fruity esters to compliment the malt scents of this amber-copper colored IPA. The fruits and malts remain on the palate but there is all the hop influence you could want. This is definitely one for hop heads.

California- American Strong Ale- 9% ABV. Bronze Medal 2014 GABF. An "Imperial Red". Pours caramel red. Aromas of floral hops and caramelized malts with some citrus notes. Hop bitterness balanced by sweet citrus and caramel flavors are met by alcohol. The mouthfeel is crisp and smooth.

California- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- 6.5% ABV. This IPA is made with 180 lbs of Fresh Hops per batch that are plucked from the vines and sent straight to the brewery. The aroma is very fruity and the flavor is complex, with the hops shining through. Enjoy while it lasts!
