United States - Tennessee - 60.25% - This item begins with Uncle Nearest, aged, rested in used Cognac casks to create a whiskey that bridges American heritage with French elegance. A first taste of what’s to come when our Cognac lands in the US.

California- Aged in brand new American Oak Char barrels. COLOR: Golden chestnut. NOSE: Notes of maple, honey and ripe oranges. PALATE: Traces of maple lead to warm locally grown rye and dried fruits finished with lingering flavors of cocoa and caramel.

United States - Texas - 43% - Texas grains and traditional oak aging come together to bring you a combination of aromas and flavors that will elevate your senses. Nose: corn, oak, light vanilla. Palate: heavy oak, chocolate, caramel and tobacco.
