Proof Brewing Ale

United States - Florida - In partnership with the Florida Division of Emergency Management, we've created this pale ale to remind and encourage everyone to keep their gas tanks at least half full during hurricane season to ensure they have enough fuel to evacuate.

Florida- American Pale Ale- 6.5% ABV. This American Pale Ale is double dry hopped with whole leaf Citra hops. Floral aromas with flavors of grapefruit are perfectly balanced leading to a sweet malt finale that will make you scream for an encore.

Florida- American IPA- 7.0% ABV. East meets West in our homage to the classic West Coast-style. Featuring bright aromas and flavor of citrus and tropical fruit, with a crisp, resinous bitterness. A vibrant balance of hops and malts for any landscape.

Florida- Witbier- 6.5% ABV. The Mango Wit is a full bodied, creamy Belgian Wit brewed with a generous amount of ripe organic mangos. The addition of fresh fruit adds a tropical flavor and revitalizing aroma. Mango Wit, the refreshing flavor of summer.

United States - Florida - Apricot Evil Kiss is a Berliner-Style Weisse with refreshing bursts of apricot flavor and bright effervescence. It's a refreshing sour ale that balances tartness and sweetness.

Florida- Fruit Beer- 4.5% ABV. Wonderfully tart and fruity, this take on a sour wheat ale is loaded with key lime zing and smooth coconut flavors and hints of graham cracker. Enjoy!
