California- This wine is a blend of our CHAUCER’S Mead and a small portion of our Raspberry Wine. A blend of fruit such as raspberry is known as Melomel. This blend of fruit and honey has been enjoyed for centuries.

texas- Fresh raspberry wine. A refreshing and wonderful red wine with a hint of sweetness. A great treat on a hot summer day. 9% alcohol by volume 750 ml. Pairs well with dessert.

Maryland - Mead - 12% ABV - Inspired by red wine, this refreshing melomel mead begins with fresh black currant, tasty black cherries, mouth-watering raspberry and ends with carefully balanced tannins.

California - Rambunctious and rich raspberry combine to create a decadent ripe sweet experience. The sweetness is bold but balanced, juicy berry notes come through immediately, followed by a clean finish that never feels heavy or overly sugary.

Arizona - This is a Melomel which is a Mead with all-natural Fruit, Spices, and Arizona Honey. Raspberry Supernova is an energetic fusion of tart raspberry and sweet honey resulting in a stellar explosion of flavor.

This dessert wine showcases the brightness of raspberries with the subtle nuances of Merlot. Serve lightly chilled after dinner or with chocolate or fruit-based desserts.

Missouri- A blend of orange blossom honey and fresh raspberries, this sweet wine is a wonderful accompaniment to brunch items. 2012 MO Governor's Cup winner: Best Fruit Wine; 2013 Mazer Cup International Mead Competition Gold Medal winner.
