Ireland - 46% - A mash of malted and un-malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills and first matured in Bourbon and sherry casks, the 5th iteration in the series uses Moscatel wine casks from Malaga, Spain, to finish our signature single pot still Irish whiskey.

Ireland - Master Blender, David McCabe, chose to mature this release in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and casks seasoned with the finest oloroso sherry, cream sherry, and ruby port, to elevate Redbreast’s Single Pot Still Whiskey to new heights.

Ireland - 50.5% - Redbreast Missouri Oak seamlessly blends the signature Redbreast whiskey profile, aged in sherry & ex-bourbon barrels, with the distinctive influence of Missouri Oak. Meticulously finished for 10 months in Virgin Missouri Oak sourced from the Ozark Forest.

Ireland- Redbreast 27 elevates the storied reputation of this iconic whiskey even further. Building on the celebrated foundation of bourbonand sherry cask influence the inclusion of ruby port cask brings even more complexity and depth.
