Ireland- Pedro Ximenz edition is matured in Bourbon and Sherry casks before a finish in PX hogshead casks from Spain. Nose of fruit, spices combine the sweet aroma of sherry casks. Zesty, syrupy taste with balanced fruits spice and toasted notes. Long rich sweet flavors on the finish.

Ireland - 50.5% - Redbreast Missouri Oak seamlessly blends the signature Redbreast whiskey profile, aged in sherry & ex-bourbon barrels, with the distinctive influence of Missouri Oak. Meticulously finished for 10 months in Virgin Missouri Oak sourced from the Ozark Forest.

Ireland - 46% - A mash of malted and un-malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills and first matured in Bourbon and sherry casks, the 5th iteration in the series uses Moscatel wine casks from Malaga, Spain, to finish our signature single pot still Irish whiskey.
