Belgium- Dubbel- 7% ABV. TRAPPIST ALE. Coppery in color, this beer gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma. The flavors perceived in the mouth confirm the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance. The silky sensation to the tongue is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness.

New Mexico- American Amber/Red Ale- 6.2% ABV. Pours a hazy golden amber color. The aroma is a blend of citrusy hops, sweet caramel & biscuity malts. The taste is full of roasted malts & grains with a pleasant bite of citrusy, piney hops.

Washington- American Amber/Red Ale- 5.6% ABV. A few years back a beautiful red rooster crossed the road onto our farm, and he inspired a new Big Barn classic - Rusty Red Ale. Not your typical red, this red is not overly malty, but rather finishes dry, with a subtle black coffee bite.

Japan- American Amber/Red Ale- Pours a deep red hue with a tan head. Aromas of sweet caramel with citrusy hop notes. On the palate, light citrusy hop flavor and bitterness join sweet caramel malt character. The balance is malty.

Maryland- American Amber/Red Ale- 6.8% ABV. Higher ABV and American hops make this red ale American in style. Medium-light in body, the subtle notes of blackberry and pine from the hops complement malt flavors of caramel and sourdough, making for a wonderfully rounded beer.
