Indiana- True grain featuring a mash bill of 45% winter wheat. Aged 4 years in new oak barrels, high wheat content creates a mellow, nutty whiskey with a long, smooth finish. Flavors of roasted coffee bean and hazelnut.

United States - Indiana - 46% - Caramel with just a touch of spice and hints of ripe bananas. Toasted oak, toffee, kola nut, and baking spice dominate with nuanced anise and black pepper. Smooth with a sweet and spicy balance between sweet corn and premium rye.

Indiana- This Indiana barrel proof bourbon consists of a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley and was aged for 9 years. Madagascar vanilla pod, caramelized toffee, and dark roast coffee dominate the aroma with hints of lavendar honey. Smooth, yet complex.

United States - Indiana - 46% - Light vanilla, red berry fruitness and a slight hint of oak. Spicy, woody, and minty notes. Fennel like notes of light licorice and black pepper from the Rye. Long and smooth with a nice spice from the high rye content.

Kentucky- Initially aged in new American white oak Redemption is transferred into & finished for over one year in French Oak Cognac casks, that date as far back as far as 1988. Having previously aged Pierre Ferrand Cognac, the casks impart layers of complex cognac notes with rye finish
